Felix’s educational resources focus on using artificial light. His classes have helped over 10,000 photographers learn studio and location lighting for the first time.
His class The Lighting Series is arguably one of the most popular and effective classes for any photographer wanting to get their start in the studio (even if shooting in their kitchen or garage). With the motto ‘No math, no ratios, lighting is simple’, this class is the only one you’ll need to take your lighting from zero to mastery. We do it all without using complicated words or expensive equipment. If you own or can borrow any light and a modifier, you’re ready to go.
The Location Series is Felix’s follow up and provides the same simple approach to shooting outside the studio.
As an additional resource to support photographers as they learn, Felix’s free Facebook group Lighting with Felix Kunze provides a place where you can ask any questions. We have a strict moderation policy to preserve the group as a safe place for anyone to be vulnerable.
