Workshop Description: The workshop will be held in Berlin, Germany on 30 June 2023, and will cover studio lighting for portrait photographers as taught by Felix Kunze.
Payment: Payment in full is required to secure your spot in the workshop. Payment can be made through www.felixkunze.com/workshop and is non-refundable unless the workshop is cancelled by the organizer. If the attendee, for any reason, cannot attend, he must notify Felix Kunze or his staff as soon as possible. A refund will be given if the organizer can secure a fully paid attendee in their place. There are no exceptions to this. By purchasing the ticket to the workshop, you signify your understanding that the ticket is non-refundable.
Liability Release: Attendees assume full responsibility and liability for any injury, loss, or damage to themselves or their property during the workshop. The organizer will not be held responsible for any accidents or injuries that may occur.
Changes to Workshop: The organizer reserves the right to modify or cancel the workshop, change the curriculum, or change the workshop dates and times if necessary. In the event of a cancellation, attendees will be notified as soon as possible and will receive a full refund. The organizers will not be liable for any expenses incurred, including but not limited to Flights, accommodations, lodging, transport, equipment purchases etc.
Photography Release: Attendees may take photographs during the workshop and may publish those photographs on their personal or professional websites, social media channels, or other platforms. However, all images must state that they were taken at the workshop and credit the organizer. Organizer retains the right to publish, share or otherwise make use of the images attendees capture during the event without limitations.
Photography, Video, and Voice Capture Release: By registering for the workshop, attendees agree to grant the organizer, Felix Kunze, and his staff, the right to capture images, record videos, and capture audio of the attendees during the workshop. These captured materials may be used by the organizer for promotional purposes, including but not limited to website content, social media posts, advertisements, and other marketing materials. Attendees understand and agree that their likeness, voice, and participation may be used in these promotional materials without any compensation or further consent required. Attendees also acknowledge that they will not have any rights or claims to the images, videos, or audio recordings captured during the workshop. However, the organizer will make reasonable efforts to credit attendees when using their images or videos, whenever possible.
Code of Conduct: Attendees are expected to behave professionally and respectfully towards the organizer and other attendees. Harassment, discrimination, or any other inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the workshop without a refund.
Indemnification: Attendees agree to indemnify and hold the organizer harmless from any and all claims, damages, expenses, or losses that may arise from their participation in the workshop.
Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Berlin/Germany.
